A sleep consultant for babies and toddlers helps families improve their child’s sleep by assessing sleep habits, routines, and developmental needs, then creating a personalized plan to address issues like frequent night waking, short naps, bedtime struggles, or early mornings. They guide parents on age-appropriate schedules, calming bedtime routines, and gentle or structured sleep-training approaches, while offering coaching, reassurance, and troubleshooting along the way. The goal is to help children learn healthy sleep skills and to support parents in feeling confident, informed, and well-rested.

So what does a sleep consultation look like?
A half-hour Zoom meeting to get to know your family and current sleep struggles with your baby or toddler
A customized sleep plan to guide you in setting up a great routine for your little one
Two weeks of text and email support as you implement your new plan
Another half-hour Zoom to wrap up our work together and review your successes
